Facebook Integration

Quick walkthrough of how to use the Facebook integration feature!

After installing Dex's Chrome extension, you can navigate to Facebook on your desktop to start adding contacts to your CRM. Simply click on a profile to have the Dex extension button show up below the contact's name:

Quick note: If the Dex button does not pop up immediately, try refreshing the page--this will usually allow the overlay to pop back up on the screen!

Clicking this will take you to the contact detail page, where you can directly add their information to Dex without ever leaving Facebook!

In addition to their name, birthday, and where they're from, Dex will also parse through the contact's profile to add in any other relevant details.
