Reset Password

A quick walkthrough on how to reset your password if you are unable to log in.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page.

  2. If there is an account linked to the email address you used, you will receive an email from auth@getdex.com with the Subject: "Reset your password for Dex".

  3. Click on the "Reset your Password" link and input your new password.

If you are able to log in and need to change the password, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Settings page.

  2. You will receive an email from auth@getdex.com with the Subject: "Reset your password for Dex".

  3. Click on the "Reset your Password" link and input your new password.
