Edit Account Profile

Quick walkthrough on editing account's profile

To edit your account's profile, go to the Account Settings page.

Mobile Application

1. From the home page, select More

2. Select your name at the top of the popup window

From this page, you can do the following:

• Change Name

• Change Email Address

• Edit Timezone

• Reset Password

• Delete Account

Troubleshooting

• If you are unable to change the primary email address of the account, it's likely that the new email address already has an account. You can follow the steps below to fix this:

1. Delete the account linked with the new email address.

2. Log in to the account in question.

3. Change the email address from the Profile page.
